Kia Motors India has launched its new midsize SUV Syros SUV in the Indian market on Thursday.


The company has launched this car with segment-first premium features.


This is the first car in the sub-4m segment in India to have all the seats ventilated and electrically adjustable.



Apart from this, this premium SUV also offers segment first features like 60:40 split recline rear seats and panoramic sunroof.


Safety features include Level-2 Advanced Driving Assist System (ADAS), 360-degree camera, and 6 airbags (standard).



This is the company's fifth SUV in the Indian market, positioned between the Seltos and the Sonet.


The new Kia Syros has been designed keeping in mind a more premium customer than the Sonet.


The Syros has been launched in 6 variants. These include HTK, HTK (O), HTK+, HTX, HTX+ and HTX+ (O).


The company is calling it the Mini Carnival. Bookings will start from January 3 and deliveries will start from February 2025.


The company has not yet announced the price. The Syros is expected to start at Rs 9 lakh (ex-showroom).
