Many travelers who were planning a trip were in serious trouble due to a breakdown on a train from London to Paris.
Yesterday, a Eurostar train from London to Paris broke down in a subway at around 6:00 a.m., which was supposed to arrive at Paris Gare du Nord at 9:20 a.m. The train was stuck in a subway for about three hours, with no doors open and no adequate ventilation or lighting.
After three hours, the train slowly reached Calais station, and people were taken off the train and put on another train.
Many have missed their next flight, and their vacation plans have been affected.
Many who were planning to spend their holidays happily during the festive season have been faced with many problems, including financial costs and changes in plans.
In this situation, a Eurostar spokesperson said that the train that was stuck in the tunnel has been repaired and that train service on that route is now back to normal.
