From January 1, 2025, some rules will be introduced regarding the noise made by vehicles.
If vehicles make noise unnecessarily, drivers can be fined up to 10,000 Swiss francs.
Controls over smoke emissions
From January 1, all motorcycles must comply with the European Union's rules on smoke emissions.
Driverless Vehicles
Starting March 1, operators of driverless vehicles will be required to install an autopilot system in accordance with their province's regulations.
