In addition, 10 people from the business, military and media sectors, a total of 30 people, have been banned from entering Russia.
Russia has imposed this ban as tensions between the two countries have increased after Britain allowed the use of British missiles in Russia.
British officials have consistently made statements against Russia and Russia has also said that the country is blindly supporting neo-Nazi Ukraine.
The Russian Foreign Ministry has stated that Britain is pursuing a direct confrontational course with Russia in many ways, including its anti-Russian policies that combine discrediting and isolating Russia's actions on the international stage, spreading disinformation about Russia, and supporting the Ukrainian military.
That is why Russia has announced that 30 people, including British politicians, have been banned from entering Russia.
