Britain's Competition Appeal Tribunal Court has made a key decision to change the future of digital advertising, allowing Google to proceed with £ 7 billion legal case.
Nikki Stabford, who is the chief of the Consumer Rights Struggle, has launched the case.
Google accuses consumers of raising advertising costs using its search mechanical market domination.
The main allegations of Google
1. Installing Android manufacturers forced Google Search and Chrome app.
2.Paying Apple billions to keep Google Search as the default search in Safari.
These are said to be an entirely competitive environment and artificially raised advertising costs.
The main legal action
The case is set up in the Opt-Opt-Collective Action mode. Accordingly, all British consumers over the age of 16 are automatically included in the case, until they quit alone.
Google continues to take place worldwide. In the United States, Google was ruled as a monopoly (market domination).
The EU has also imposed a fine of 2.4 billion on Google.
Google's reaction
Google is firm in its position. "People choose it because Google use the use of use," its lawyer Paul Galbits said.
It is said to be the main milestone that will lead to the review of the digital market practices in Britain.
